ELA purchases first and second trust deeds secured by properties in California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, or Colorado, which are performing, sub-performing or non-performing.

We specialize in purchasing trust deeds which are in foreclosure, and/or which are junior to trust deeds which are in foreclosure.ELA also purchases trust deeds where the owner/borrower has filed bankruptcy.

We are the buyer. When you work with Equity Lenders Acceptance, Inc. you will be working directly with the principals. We are private investors that have teamed our efforts and knowledge to provide our clients with a source to liquidate the risks involved with carrying a non-performing junior position lien secured by real estate. Our principals have over 25 years of combined experience in the Real Estate business ranging from brokerage, finance, and Real Estate law.
